1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 111ck ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 111ck.io and all associated services, games, features, and content made available thereon.

By accessing the 111ck website, creating a player account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or through a third party — is a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances or winnings associated with them may be voided at 111ck's sole discretion.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

111ck targets players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law do so entirely at their own risk and liability. 111ck accepts no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from access in restricted territories.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 111ck username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity carried out using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. 111ck will never contact you requesting your password, one-time passcode (OTP), or any other security credential through any channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 111ck's customer support immediately. 111ck will investigate the matter promptly; however, 111ck cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

111ck may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during routine compliance checks. Requested documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or other government-issued photo identification, as well as proof of address and proof of ownership of any payment method used.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time frame may result in temporary account restrictions or suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 111ck customer support. Any verified funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your nominated payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

111ck supports a range of payment methods designed for the Bangladesh market, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, systematic low-risk staking patterns designed to lock in guaranteed profit from bonus funds, or any other strategy that 111ck determines in its reasonable judgment to constitute bonus abuse — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 111ck reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

111ck reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value unless specifically stated. 111ck may withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on 111ck are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of any bet — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — are correct before confirming. 111ck shall not be liable for any input errors made by you at the time of bet placement.

6.2 Odds and Results

For sports betting markets, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (including but not limited to the ICC, BCCI, BCB, FIFA, and other recognised sports authorities) shall be used to settle all bets, unless 111ck's specific market rules provide otherwise. 111ck's decision on the settlement of any bet shall be final and binding in all cases.

6.3 Voided Bets

111ck reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on erroneous odds, corrupted data, technical error, or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or integrity concerns. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.4 Casino Games

All casino games available on 111ck — including live table games, slots, and crash games — are operated under certified random-number generation (RNG) systems or live-streaming from regulated studios. The house edge for each game is inherent in the game mathematics and does not constitute a guarantee of any particular outcome for the player. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 111ck from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
